I’m Elle — founder of Maison By Elle, mama, former Superyacht Chief Stewardess, and passionate advocate for living beautifully and intentionally.
For over a decade, I worked aboard some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts, delivering exceptional service, curating luxurious interiors, and managing life behind the scenes for high-profile individuals and families.
It was a career I truly loved — fast-paced, high-standard, detail-driven. But when I became a mother, I made the choice to step off the water and anchor myself in a new chapter, closer to home.
That shift in my own life made something crystal clear:
